hi i want to reduce the gap between two lines .how to do it to use the space effectively.

You can create a paragraph format, where you have the option of line spacing also you can

Increase the number of lines per inch in the smartstyle.

In the Transaction SmartStyles..

in the Paragraph format you can define the line spacing in cm mm (or) in..

Hi,

You have an option of Line spacing available in SMARTSTYles tcode(Indents and Spacing TAb).
