i have copied delivery program and trying to refernece no and customer number in shipping information i have created text elements, but still only delivery number and date are printing but not reference no and customer number what i need to do for this.

Hi,
First, debug the abap prog and be sure your fields are filled !
Then, if it's ok, check the field lentgh in the smartforms. Check also the window lentgh.
