Hi,

There are output records failed with message 'SMARTFORM generation failed' error for some output types but not all.

Can you suggest any solution since this was urgent.

If the smartform works fine with other output type means, there is no problem in smartform. Can you please check the output type config or NACE cofig for particular output type.

Check ur smartforms have any error. If there is no error then activate. It will create a Function module. If its created then ur forms will work fine.
