As I already answered for this, SInce this form is related to REAL ESTATE module

the programs and Formsa re not maintained in TNAPR or NACE tcode

GO to SPRO -> flexible real estate management-> correspondence-> PDF based forms-> Forms

see there and take the help of a functional consultant for this, where from to execute this form.

This may be a just letter like form (like PDF) text.

go to se11 table name is TNAPRand the give the name of the smartform in the field SFORMand click execute and check the value of the field PGNAM.
