Smart Form (Combinig two Smart Forms into One SmartForm

At the time develope the Smart Form ( i.e., Combination of two smart forms ) i have encountered so many problems. I Created all the pages but Smart Form Takes only First Form Instead of both.

how u have tried to integrate the smartforms can u let us know the procedure u have followed so tht we can help u
