hi

in sm36 when i try to give the variant in 'STEP' its saying varinat is invalid,though i saved my variant for the prog in se38.

Hi Gopi.

I have tried on my system. I am able to select the variant while schedulimng the job through SM36 .It's working fine. Please check your variant name.

Hi gopi,

May be you entered the wrong program name in sm36 ---> STEP.Ofcouse,you might entered the right variant name.Check the program name once.OK.
