Is the SAPconnect configured? Transaction SCOT. You must force the "send" process.

You can also force the send proces via report program RSCONN01. Enter INT as the address type.

Sure, in order for the email functionality to work, you must configure the SAPconnect to your email server. Your basis people should do this. Once that is set up, the email functionality will work. But you do need to force the send process. In our system, we have a background job setup to run ever 5 minutes which kicks off the report program that I mentioned above. So this job sends any mails that were in the que.

Hi,

Check in SOST what is the status of the mail, if it is red then there is some configuration problem.
