and i cant see the new field why

Since the table maintainence generator has been created only for the old table having 2 fields.

You have to delete the old code, and <b>create the new table maintenance code fresh</b>. Now your fields will be displayed.

After you add new fields, you need to regenrate the table maintenance.

Chek whether in the "delivery/maintanence" tab ( of SE11 ), u have given "Table maintanece allowed"

Hi,

Activate the table.After that delete the table maintenance you already generated.Then again create Table maintenance.

Then go to SM30.

from there got to utilities -> table maintenance generatotr...

you will see a delete icon on the top..

activate table after changes and run table maintaince generator again. u will get it for sure

After adding the 3rd field save and then go to table maintenance, and recreate and save. come back and activate.

If the table maintenace generator is Created with TWO screen then the other will be in the NEXT screen ... Check and let me know!

Go to SE11

Open your table MAINTENANCE GR.

And click on delete icon,

Hi,

Delete your old table maintenance first, and then regenerate it.

for deleting just go to SE11, enter your table, and click table maintenance from menu, and then click on delete button.

now again recreate it with all details.

now go to SM30 and see .

Hi,

In SE11,go thro' Change mode.

In Utilities->Table Maintenace Genrator,there will be a delete icon.Click it.

Once you activated the table,Just create the table maintenance again.

Hi Rani,

There is no need to recreate table maintanance.

After Adding Field

1. Goto Utilities->Database utility->Click on activate and adjust database with save data radio button. So u can activate ur table without any error.(Optional if u already able to activate database table with new field)

2. Now goto Utilities->Table maintanance generator

3. Now goto Generated objects->Change-> Check on <b>create maintance screen</b> and click on ok -> Check <b>Overview Screen</b> and click on ok. So mainance screen will be updated with addition of new field.
