SM30 - Include deleted record in transort request

Hi,

I have maintained few entries in a custom table and transported these entries to Quality system. Now, i have delete one of the entries but i am not able to include this deleted one in the request. is there any way to include the deleted entry in the request?

Hi,

Try to maintain the entry again. On saving it will prompt you for a request.

Then again delete the record and save.

Check in the task of the request whether the entry has a deletion indicator and the transport.

Create teh record again and include in the TR.

Once this is included, delete the netry and include in TR again , this time the entry will be m arked with deletion flag.

Thanks for the reply. I have already tried that option. But it didnt work.

Its not updated with deletion flag. Simply the entry is also deleted from the request.

Hi,

It should work.

Create the entry again.

Save it in a request.

Go out of the transaction.

Delete the entry.

Save it in the same request and then transport.
