It activates the security audit log. Search "security audit log" for more info.

This is a transaction for creating and activating security audit log profiles.

You can create a profile to monitor and record all the activities like login, RFC call & transaction.. etc of an particular or group of users.

For example DDIC & SAP* are the master users and u can moniter them by creating a profile and activating.
