Hello together,
I'm searching for a slider or slide control (like changing font size in Layout -> Design settings) that I can use in a GUI to define a specific value in a defined value range.
Can someone help me out?
Kind regards
Markus

Hi Markus!
this is possible but will take some effort.
You will have to create your own OCX file (Visual Basic 5 or 6) and implement it to SAP.
The OCX file will have to be copied and registered on every Pc.
I'm just writing a book on this topic...
But as I understood this method of implementing controls has no future.

There is a function group CNFP that contains functions like SLIDER_CREATE etc - and FORMPAINTER ones too - you can see an example if you are editing a SAPscript in SE71 and you use the grapical form painter and then click on the "Options" button... there's a slider for "Zoom" and one for "Grid" size.

...in this case, you do not need to program the control...
Cool tipp!
Very unusual beacuse the Slider will not be placed into a custom container but "painted" directly do the dynpro.
