Show user-specific selection variants

Hi There,

I have a custom developed ABAP report which many people will be using and all will want to save their own selection variants. This will lead to a lot of variants appearing in the variant list.

On the selection screen of my report, if the user presses the Get Variant Button (Shift + F5), is there any way to restrict this so that it only shows my variants?

Hi Jane,

You can see in the variant if you have more than 10 variants stored, otherwise you will not see this Option.In this way users can select their variants based on the user name. Hope it helps.

Thanks, yes we saw this. One of our users was looking for another way but if this is SAP standard way then it's fine.
