short dump issue

Hi experts,

I am an sd consultant , I recently started to work on prototype implementation. here when I was trying to do the PGI its throwing a short dump message that ''the low space for loading''. I remember I resolved this issue an year ago by increasing the space of recylcle bin or someother place. My question is , where I have to increase the space in order to do the pgi and where would it effect.
