Can you be a bit elaborate for your question?
Which type of shortcuts are you looking for customization? Are you doing at-user command.

I mean for each and every action with mouse you will have a short cut key for it
is there any way to customize our own keys for it

Hi Raveevdran.....
it is not possible to customize our own keys.
but u can use the keys provided by sap.
for most of the actions SAP has defined a Function key.
Ex: If ur working with SE38 u can use the following keys
F5 - Create a report
F6 - Open a report in change mode
F7 - Open a report in display mode
if u want to know all the function keys then check menus in the menubar u can find a lottttt......
