Moderator message: please use a meaningful subject in future

Hi all,

I have developed a SF:

1- I boled a word now how can I go the normal status that is unbold?

2- I defined a header for the form is it posible that i have all my letter written in there?

3- After writtting the letter I tried to save but it gave me this syntax error:

"NAME COPIES OF ALL EXCHANGED DOTEXT IS INVALID"

Could you help with them please? Thanks

Hi Shaheen,

1. You can create a style which has no bold formattin in it and assign it to the words you have mistakenly given bold. you can also use the editor but many times it does not work effectively.

you need to elaborate on the points 2 & 3.

Please Use the Meaningful Subject.

I donu2019t know what do you mean by SF may be Smartform ?

Please Next time use Meaningful subject.

if you are taking about Smartform than Delete the text node and than create it again you will find it with no BOLD

Or you have to Create New Style

Go Smartforms T-Code and Select the Styles and Create Button.

Hi Shaheen,

To unbold the word, just go to assigned transaction SMARTSTYLES, and give your style name for that smartforrm. Then go to that Character format or Paragraph format, which you have assigned to that particular word.

Uncheck the Radio button for BOLD.

Activate it.

For that you can use different STYLEs with different fonts and bold and / or Italic etc.
