Setting output length

can anybody tell me how to set the lenght for a field in the output using the field catalog?

<b>FILEDCAT-OUTPUTLEN = 50.</b>

Sure, just set the value OUTPUTLEN in the field catalog.

xfc-OUTPUTLEN = '20'.

MOVE 10 TO WA_FIELDCAT-OUTPUTLEN.

it_fldcat-fieldname = 'KWMENG'.

it_fldcat-tabname = 'ITAB'.

it_fldcat-seltext_m = 'QUANTITY'.

it_fldcat-outputlen = 15.

APPEND it_fldcat.
