Set output type to smartforms

I have create a new smartforms by creating a copy of old forms.

ZETM_INV_SUMMARY.

also created a output type as ZEIS.

i can select this output type in vf02,but it will not give print preview.

when i give direct prin it will show following error messege.

Output V3 (application V3) is not defined in table T685B.

How can i get print .

You have assigned your form name and program name to that output type.You can see in NACE tcode.

Hi,

T685B is a standard SAP Table which is used to store Condition Types: Additional Data for Sending Output information.

have you created the condition type??

for which transaction have you developed this smartform? Depending on the transaction, you need to assign this smartform in the output you have created either in NACE or SPRO.

Narada, please cross check once whether the output type is created to the respective application or not.

Hi Narada,

and also have you checked whether your smartform working fine or not. Have you tested it by executing it the Smartforms t-Code itself?

If not please do that and check once.

I have assign both.as i attached sheet.But not work.the output type can select in vf02 also.but when click print preview button nothing happen.

In NACE check the Tab 'Default values' for proper settings.

Try to print with trx VF31.

In VF31 try with processing mode 2. Als check trx SE16 table NAST for the message status.

when i check in spro there are lot of enrtys in therer.I deleted thouse and give a right one.now its got ok.

thanks a lot.I check every setting and I got some mistakes.it has duplicated output types.
