Service validation while creating contract (ME31K)

Hi,

I want to add custom validation on service for contract using ME31K.

I found that user exit EXIT_SAPMM06E_012 that can hold this logic,,

My question is how can I access and read service specifications that used for contract creation? where their info is stored? is there a FM that enables me to read service details for given contract
