Sending data from customizing table to external system.

Hi , I have one customizing table (Z_TABLE).

In that customizing table, I want to transfer two columns to non SAP system. My prefer is that using webservice. I have a little bit knowledge about SOAP in SAP.

Could you please say how I can transfer data from table to external system?Which way should I follow (creating rfc , fm etc.)?
