Send workflow mails to external mailbox

Hi guys,

How can mails that I send to SAP mailbox SBWP can be sent also to external mailbox?

It s an urgent need.

Have check so12 & so16. I think you can maintain external email id in

SO12 , so that it can automatically autoforward to external email.

Hi,

In the send mail step in the Recipient type select E-Mail Address and give the external address. Mail will go to external address instead of going to SBWP.

But the outlook has to be configured to receive mails from SAP.

Hi guys,

Thanks for ur responses but my need is to allow superiors to choose decisions from the external mailbox not only to be notified.

So any help?
