selection texts

When a program is created and need to be transported to prodn does selection texts always go with it? if not how do you make sure? Can you change the CTS entries? How do you do it?

Hi Vishnu,

First time when you create program and transport that time only selection texts will go along with program...next time onwards when ever you make changes to program selection texts will NOT go along with program to QS or PS.

Exclusively you have to create transport OR you have to attach selection texts to program transport request..

the selection text also gets traansported with the report.. if you have saved them in the same request...

When you release the transport request of the program, selection texts will get transported along with the program.

WHEN YOU TRANSPORT A REPORT FROM DEVELOPMENT TO PRODUCTION , THE SELECTION TEXT ALSO MOVE TO PRODUCTION NO NEED TO BOTHER ABOUT THAT ONE
