I have a HR program in a BACKground job with a variant. There are so many fields for selection .
But those fields are not appearing when we execute the program. ie the selection screen dont have all the fields which i find it in the background job variant...
I think they have created those fields with NO-DISPALY option. If you specify this addition, no screen elements are created on the selection screen for the selection criterion. In an executable program, a selection criterion of this type is used exclusively as part of the interface defined by the selection screen. It can be supplied with a value by the calling program when it is called with SUBMIT.
