How to protect some fields in selection-screen?

protect means?

u should not alter?

u can do all these type of manipulation using the screen table. check once the fields of table "screen".

in the report under the event,

EX:

AT SELECTION SCREEN OUTPUT.

LOOP AT SCREEN.

IF SCREEN-NAME = 'XXXXXX'.

SCREEN-REQUIRED = 1.

ELSE.

..........

ENDIF.

MODIFY SCREEN.

ENLOOP.
