Select goods receipt

Dear All,

Could you please let me know what other selection scriteia to be considered for selecting goods received(MENGE) from MSEG table provided we have material doc (MBLNR) , year (MJAHR) and purchase doc (EBELN).

What other points to be considered in the below select query to obtain correct GR.

select mblnr

mjahr

zeile

Menge

into table lt_mseg

from MSEG

for all entries in lt_mkpf

where mblnr EQ lt_mkpf-belnr

and mjahr EQ lt_mkpf-gjahr

and zeile NE space

and matnr EQ gs_item-matnr

and ebeln EQ gs_item-ebeln

and ebelp EQ gs_item-ebelp

and j_3asiz EQ gs_item-grid.

check EKBE table .

EKBE - VGABE = 1.

For GR u have to take Movement types 101/102 as a standard process .

If u want data based on the PO then better to use EKBE table to get performace.</b>

I mean what other field of MSEG table has to be considered inorder to get correct quantity MSEG-MENGE.

Hi

Consider the MOVEMENT TYPE field BWART of table MSEG in the where condition

because based on the Movement type GR/GI and other goods movements are distinguished clearly
