HOW TO ADD SW12_FREQ IN ROLE z: BASIS_OPERATIONAL_USER_SD

Hi Azmal,

Follow the steps to add the Tcode to the role.

1. Go to PFCG in development system.

2. Put z: BASIS_OPERATIONAL_USER_SD in the place of the Role

3. Go to Change Mode of the Role.

4.There would be various Tabs like Description, Menu,Authorizations etc.. Go to MENU tab.

5. You would see a button called TRANSACTION

6. Click and enter the Tcode ther in the Pop up Box and hit Assign Transaction Button.

7.Then the Tcode would get assigned to the Menu tab. Check the Authorizations tab. It would eitherchange to an Yellow triangle ( Means to be generated) or a RED circle indicating some values need to be maintained.

8. Act accordingly and regenrate the Role and check if all the Tabs in Green colour.

9. Come out of the role and safe before you exit.

10 .Perfrom a User comparision for the Tcode to be available to the user matrix.

11. Transport the role to next systems so that the changes are available in other systems as well.

Using PFCG transaction code u can add.What are the steps sai given go through those steps

Hi,

First create the role in PGCG and add the Tcode under Menu.

Maintain Authorizations under Authorizations tab

Check for the missing values i.e if any filed is empty = Yello color or if Org values are missing = Red Color.

Note: Select "Read old data & merge with new".

Generate the role.
