SECATT restriction to execute only one Test Script/Configuration

Hi, Please check and advice if we can restrict access to SECATT  to execute only one Test Configuration once we have created respective Test Script. We can restrict with only display and execute access to all Test Scripts and Test Configurations without create and change activity by using S_Develop object. But it is not allowing to restrict only one particular Test Script and Test Configuration. Please check and share your thoughts. Thanks & Regards, Koteswara Rao.
