Search Help modification

Dear Experts,

I need to modify KRED_C search help as i need to get the list of all vendors where LOEVM (Central Deletion Flag for Master Record) field of LFA1 is blank..

Please help. Thanks in advance.

I hope p KRED_C is a collective search help....

select the search help where you want to add the condition....In the elementary search help screen you will have the selection method in the data collection tab.

just double click it will take you to the database view there in the selection condition tab you can mention the condition

table - field name - oerpator (EQ) - for blank ' '.

Make sure the field which you are using should be there in the view fields and the table should be there in the table/join condition.

activate the database view and search help.

yes i got several elementary search help. But it require Access key to modify it.

Please suggest if there's any Search help EXIT if exist to fulfill the purpose.

If you dont have any access key and dont want to change the standard one better create your own search help and make the neccessary change.

Thank you but my case is filter values of an elementary seach help.

My main issue is: Shold I modify standard search help, with access key, or do not ?

I'm always affrai of modifying standards (SH SH_EXPENSE_TYPES fro data element SPKZL). But this one has a search help exit model filled...and it let me think it should be modifyied.

I opened a separated post about it.
