Search help import parameter

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to use search help exits to filter my search help content by its import parameter.

e.g - I have two input fields

         1. dept ID

         2. employee ID

What I want is to filter out search help on employee filed based on the value given on dept field.

hi

give the two parameters in when u create a shelp depends on both fields filter the the values for that fields.

FYI  read the search help tpoic once u can understand.

Hi Pathum,

Follow the procedure to add search help exit.

1)Goto->se11-> select search help-> Enter name(Ex s_mat1 - see this search help completely to understand how import and export is used)

2)select Definition Tab -> Enter the name of search help exit

when executing the program you can see the filter options available in the search help(prefer collective search help).
