SE63 Object Not Found

Hello,

I have reviewed my discussions in this forum regardin this topic and none have solved my issue.  I previously translated to DE program documentation I created in EN and transported it to production.  Now, they want to make a few changes.  So I went into the EN version (original language of the documentation) and made the change. I released the transported and started working on revising the translation.

However, when I go into SE63 --> ABAP OBJECTS --> LONG TEXTS (DOCUMENTATION) --> L5 F1 HELP --> RE   Reports, Function Groups, Logical Databases, enter the program name, select EN --> DE, I get an message 'Object Not Found'.  I have tried to create a worklist and tried to translate the transport object, but still 'Object Not Found'.

Can anyone provide me a solution?

Hello,

Have you check checked if the long text was saved in active status? Only in active state you can translate the long text.

Hello David,

I went back to the documentation and clicked the ativate button. The program prompted me for a transport. So, I think this will do the trick. I created a transport and assigned.  Then I wetn to SE63 thinking I can now do the translation.

However, I still get Object Not Found.

You will not find there. Try like below.

SE63--> Translation-->Short Texts-->S3 ABAP Texts-->REPT Text Elements.

This is not Text Elements (Headings, Symbols or Selection texts).  When I try you suggestion, that is all I get not the documentation.

Firstbalte as said, priorly you need to check if your smartforms is activated or not,

Second step is to check the "Language Attributes". If the button Into selected language is active, enter in side it and add you expect language to translate.
