Hi,

I am a fresher.

I am facing a problem. i need to add a transaction in a submenu of another transaction called ZZTAX.

I went to se43 to add the desired transaction. however when i add it,it says area menu does not exist.

could some1 plz guide me as to why this error is occuring n wht needs to be done.

Hi

You are entered wrong Area menu, just press F4 in that column then find the desired Area menu, and add the transaction code to that area menu

hi soumali,

follow this step,

go to se43

click on create area menu icon on application tool bar

put any name starting by z and description and click on ok.

then u will b on a new area menu window of your created one.

then place your cursor on your menu entry and then click on EDIT> INSERT MENU ENTRY-> INSERT AS SUBNODE.

u will get a window of add new entry.

put ur test and transaction code(new one) here u can add your report seperetly by clickin on report tab and give the name of your report on new window then clickon ok.

finally save and enjoy for your area menu.
