SE10 authorization restriction

Hi Gurus

Is it possible to restrict SE10 transaction authorization? I need to give only display rights to user. At least the user should not be able to release transports. Does anyone know the authorization object for this?

You can give display rights only. I will give two objects

1. S_CTS_ADMI

2. S_TRANSPRT

Remove some Activities from S_TRANSPRT
