Can Billing Documents be clubbed in SAP SD????

Can You please tell how the Billing numbers are clubbed, and what is the number generated out of that. What is the clubbed number called and the transaction used for clubbing? Can some Billing numbers be selected at random and clubbed?

You cant clubb the document no by chosing random, u should pick for the partcular customer and clubb it.

For a particular customer any number of billing nos can be clubbed????

HI Anita,

Yes for a particular customer you can club as many invoices with VF21 and this will create invoice list (listing all the clubbed invoices) and the very same you can send to customer for follow up.

Even in accounting the positing will be done by this invoice list only and not on individual invoices(standard).

clubbed no is called Invoice List Number.

Thanks for your response.. I want to know whether we can enter some billing nos at random in this transaction vf21 and club these to get one number. From that number can I get the total invoice values???
