SD VC setting

Hi Gurus,

I am using  BAPI   'BAPI_SALESORDER_CHANGE' to change the values in character values in SD order but i unable to change the status  from locked to release.

Please find the below details  for your reference

This is from VA02 we have to navigate ( variant configuration ) screen.

Standard program Name : SAPLCEI0

I want to change the status from locked to released.

Did you read documentation for BAPI? Did you search SCN (and the rest of the web) for BAPI examples with configuration?

I have read SCN I got the SAP NOTE

Note 562124 - Configuration change via BAPI (Implemented note)   i have implemented this but still I am not able to change status and i am getting error Internal error: 000010, 000010, CFG_IS_INCONSISTENT_OR_INCOMPLETE,
