script- error message

Hello experts,

I have standard printprogram for sap script.i am trying to view output.

but the error message said that the form set does not exist??

What does it mean.?

Do I need to add form entry to the print program or any?

Can you be more specific? Please let us know which program you are trying to run and which transaction you are using to run it.

I working with print program YFKORD11.That is for customer statement.I am trying to execute that program.i am getting error messages.

F.27 trasaction I am using for output controls?

Rahul,

YFKORD11 looks like a custom version of program RFKORD11.

I am not sure of your exact error message, but I have a few places for you to look. If these things don't help, provide the exact message (with message ID and number) you are getting.

- You can try running your YFKORD11 directly from SE38. There is additional documentation via the blue I icon. Also, the first field on the selection screen is Form Set. Try and F4 on that field. Do you see the form set you expect to see? Do you know what form set is missing?

- Table T001F is a config. table for Financial correspondence. Is your program in this table? Try also searching for the standard RFKORD11. Which form is assigned to the YFKORD11? Does that form exist in the client being used (check SE73).

- Perhaps you might see an error in the configuration. Here is the 4.6c configuration path via transaction SPRO.

Financial Accounting -> Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable -> Customer Accounts -> Line items -> Correspondence -> Carry out and check settings for Correspondence.

I tried what all you specified.My script is assigned to YFKORD11.but when I tried to excute that program I am getting run is the problem. time errors.I dont know what is the problem.

I need to check the output.how can i do in t.code f.27.

if that form is not avaliable for that particular client than it would give the error,chage the client and check the result.
