Re-install SAP GUI. Some .dll might be deleated from your system. Once re-installed it will work.

hi,

you have to contact your BASIS guys and ask them to re-install that specific patch for the graphical editor. even i had the same problem some time back. now it is resolved. So caontact your BASIS guys at office.
