Screen 000 is too large for internal batch input data from IDOC processing

Hello Folks,

I am encountering error "Screen 0000 is too large for internal batch input area"  from RD04 idoc processing, i have used trasfer idoc immedeately in the partner profile and there more than 100 line items.

Please let me know if there is any change.

aradya can you explain more about ur problem... What is the idoc type , is it inbound or outbound..

Hello Siva,

I am using INVOIC02 idoc , probem is if i try to post vendor invoice using RD04 output type from SD to FI, i am getting the above error.

In We19 when you try to run it after giving FM name choose foregournd option and see where this error comes

standard function module only u are using for that idoc  or any custom module you have developed , if it is standard function module check with the screen field sequence settings carefully if it is custom function module debug the code

Can you tell which screen resolution you are refering to ?

I checked Screen field sequence, there is nothing fishy about coz i have posted some entries with less line items.

I checked both of them but its same, as of your snap shot. I have restore GUI setting in Live and then check.

One more question wheather desktop resolution counts for this issue ??

i am not sure Aradya ,

in general custombdcs we use ctu_params  for avoiding affect of deskktop resolutions..

it will affect for sure but that has been validated in sap std functionality too...so error should not come in general.. check with other system too..

I got the issue resolved by increasing  app server parameter "bdc_iob_size ",this was done from Basis people.
