SCOV Problem

I'm trying to activate SCOV but when I turn on the switch for automatic recording I get this message "Error scheduling background job; check in the Monitor and in SM37".

I checked in the Monitor and I get this message "Job: RSCVR_BUILD_GLOBAL_VIEW 14382201 : Could Not Be Released (8)".

In SM37, the job has a sheduled status.

So I tried to release the job, and although it completed successfully, in Monitor I got another error message "Error Calling Fill (RSCVR_BUILD_GLOBAL_VIEW)".

Please help me reolve this problem.

In SM37, check if a target server has been entered. If it has, make sure it is a valid server on the system you are running it.

I checked but the target server is blank.
