Scheduling Agreement Release Question

Hi,

we are trying to set up Scheduling Agreement with release document (standard document type LPA).

When we issue a new forecast release (no JIT at this moment) via ME84 or ME38, the scheduled lines are released correctly and accordingly to the release cretion profile. An putput message LPH1 is also generated. At this moment everything seems ok and the release number 1 is in status yellow (released, but not yet transmitted) and i also have the output message with yellow traffic light. If I want to change the output type from EDI to Fax or Printout at this time I couldnt able to dfo that as it is all in Non editable screen. How do i make this editable so that i can make changes to the output once the release has been generated..For some SA's it appears as editable and for some it is not..Where do i have this setting?

All Output type related settings will be done in NACE transaction.

Chose the application area(EL) as for the scheduling agreement.

click on the output types.

Chose your output type(LPH1) and click on the processing routines.

Have an entry defined for FAXes as:

Medium: 2

Program: SAPFM06P

Form Routine: ENTRY_LPHE

Form: MEDRUCK
