My requirement is to concatenate few fields into one variable and pass this variable to QR code. After scanning this QR code, the variable text should be displayed.

What did you do? Which kind of search did you perform?
There are many different blogs with step-by-step solution for QR code creation, here and here and here and so on.

Scanning the QR code is a matter of device or do you want to read it in SAP? HOW?!

Scanning will be done from Android mobile application

Yes, but what do you need help with? Concatenating fields? Choosing what to put in the QR code? Choosing a QR code format? Generating the QR code? Printing, sending or displaying the QR code? Building the scanning function?

Hope this is related to E-invoice requirement, use the text element as include text... also can try with text object
