In that case, you might have to create a application toolbar that would perform the same activity as the Save Variant.
Or before delivering you can create the variant and this icon always appears

Hi
Goto the selection screen of the report by executing the program.
Enter the value in the selection fields and click on Save
Here you can enter the variant name and description.
This will be visible as a variant the next time you come to the selection screen.

You can save a variant for the first time using the SAVE icon in the application toolbar. Then the variant button automatically appears.
Or you have to use the Screen layout to define the custom variant button.

What i need to do is,
tto show the button even there is no variant saved....
and even the first time running , and for all user..

As per my understanding you save the variant without giving any values on to your selection screen.... I guess this is what for you are looking for??

ok.. sorry for all..
what my user want is that save button ... that they thought is the get variant button...
i ve just told them how the save variant button works...
we could done that alll with the standard SAP save variants procedures...
problem solved...
