SATO - Smartforms - RFIDGen2

Hello everyone,

i need some help with SATO-RFID Printer (M-8485Se) with the new technology RFIDGen2 and Smartforms.

All my attempts are failed. I can't tag the rfid-Chip of the label.

Could anybody help me or give me some tipps to solve my problem?
