SAPScript special characters displayed as '#'

Hi all,

We are using two systems. But when displaying special characters for French, German and Russian languages, in system A it was displayed correctly but in system B it was displayed as '#'. What could be the difference between the two? Is it just printer settings or SAP settings?

Thanks,

Eo

Hi Sai,

The font used for both forms was helve.. and found in both systems.. letters a~z were ok except for characters like 'é', 'ä', etc. These characters were displayed as '#'.. i'll also try to contact basis team.

Thanks,

eo
