Sapscript preconfigured forms

Where can I find sapscript preconfigured forms? I was going through Sapscript made easy, and came across

http://www.saplabs.com/forms this link for preconfigured sapscripts. But this URL is not working. Does any one knows about the correct url to find preconfigured forms?

This URL is for Smart forms, not Sapscript forms. I specifically look for YPCC_CHECK_NUM and YPCC_CHECK_UNN. Please help.
