SAPscript: Extra empty page printed from the printer

Hi All,

I have developed a sapscript for HR check printing. When I print the check to the spool from SAP, it shows only one page , but when it prints from the printer, there is one extra blank page gets printed always for each paycheck. donno why??

I have checked the SPAD settings for the device type which we use currently and tries altering the settings with no results.

Please do let me know, if there is anything that i am missing out.

My page format specified for the SAPSCRIPT is LEGAL. We have created a custom device type and forcing the page to be printed as LEGAL in the printer control logic.

Hi,

Try checking a page format which fits all the data or reduce the height of main window accordingly.

Check your final text that is getting printed in the window. Eve nthere is one blank character which overflows to the next page, then you will see a blank page.

I tried all the two possible ways.

1. Reduced the main window to half the size to check, if that was casing the problem, still the same issue

2. Removed all end of page contents and made the screen to display only few the data..still the same issue.

I running clueless...Exploring some more ways..
