Sapscript displays page web not found.

Hi guys.

In productive envoirement when user start program to view sapscript it is displays a web page with Page not found.

In quality envoirement thar erros don´t occur.

Do You know why this problem occurs?

With others form this problem don´t occurs.

well i think we got 2 less information 2 know whats going on.

are you working on CRM?

is it a web container?

does it only happen for a single formular or for all formulars of 1 output type

since when does this error occour? did you transport something to production?

did you check the log of the sap-script?

does it get converted to pdf via 3rd party and displayed via web?

in what environment are you working?

what kind of sap-script is it (order /invoice...)?

please provide some further informations.
