Hi Mahesh,
<b>MySAP</b>, a product of the German software company SAP, is an e-business software integration tool that delivers content to the user based on their role in the enterprise. More than 200 pre-defined role templates are available to provide the user with access to applications and resources that are task-appropriate to his or her communication needs in customer relationship management (CRM), supply chain management (SCM), e-procurement, business intelligence, product lifecycle management, human resources, or financial and marketplace channels. The user is able to work with the SAP applications they require by using a Web browser or Internet appliance to access the applications through their mySAP Web portal, called "Workplace". Access to the mySAP.com Workplace portal can be based on a per-user or per-number-of-transactions fee model.
Regards
Aneesh.

HI
MySAP is a business suite (set of business applications, clubbed as a package), marketed by SAP. This includes solution for business applications in the areas of enterprise portals, customer-relationship management, supply-chain management, electronic marketplaces, business intelligence, product life-cycle management, supplier relationship management, human resources, financials, and mobile business, as well as for industry-specific business applications. These solutions are realized through mySAP components...
In terms of the delta on ABAP technology, there isn't much. In both products, ABAP is used as the programming language for the Repository objects. Ofcourse java is also used in most of the mySAP Components, which can also be changed/modifiied using ABAP. BSP (Business Server Pages) is another new introduction; which is a mix of tags (markup languages) and ABAP.
Web Dynpro is also introduced.
There are some key words in ABAP which are obselete in the newer versions, but this is always the case with all version upgrades of SAP; its not specefic to mySAP.
Hope this helps to solve ur problem....
do reward if useful....
regards

Hi,
SAP
What is SAP?
SAP, started in 1972 by five former IBM employees in Mannheim, Germany, states that it is the world's largest inter-enterprise software company and the world's fourth-largest independent software supplier, overall.
The original name for SAP was German: Systeme, Anwendungen, Produkte, German for "Systems Applications and Products." The original SAP idea was to provide customers with the ability to interact with a common corporate database for a comprehensive range of applications. Gradually, the applications have been assembled and today many corporations, including IBM and Microsoft, are using SAP products to run their own businesses.
SAP applications, built around their latest R/3 system, provide the capability to manage financial, asset, and cost accounting, production operations and materials, personnel, plants, and archived documents. The R/3 system runs on a number of platforms including Windows 2000 and uses the client/server model. The latest version of R/3 includes a comprehensive Internet-enabled package.
SAP has recently recast its product offerings under a comprehensive Web interface, called mySAP.com, and added new e-business applications, including customer relationship management (CRM) and supply chain management (SCM).
As of January 2007, SAP, a publicly traded company, had over 38,4000 employees in over 50 countries, and more than 36,200 customers around the world. SAP is turning its attention to small- and-medium sized businesses (SMB). A recent R/3 version was provided for IBM's AS/400 platform.
