SAP WEB GUI HTML Viewer not loading styles

Hi all,

Actually, i have HTML screen in GUI it working fine. when i run the same in SAP WEB GUI it working for first time when i try to changes any thing it not working all styles are missing .

This is the working image .at very first time

This is the issue background images are not getting loaded and all styles are missing .

Please suggest any solution .
