We are upgrading sap r/3 to 6.0 and I am having the below doubts before i actually work with:

1) I am using SPAU - How can I check if a particular Note is relevant for the upgraded version of the system or not? Is there some button or some to compare the before-upgrade code and after-upgrade code?

Hi,

U can check the patch details in SPAM Tcode.U will get all information related to Old and New patches update versions.

If the OSS NOte version is lower than or equal to the patch version, u can go ahead to implement.

If the OSSNote version is higher than ur Newupdated version(Check in SPAM), then it may not be suggestible to implement the OSS Note.
