SAP TCODE authorization for particular users

Hi All,

I have a requirement where in i need to include security settings to a particular tcode SXMB_MONI. I do have a custom authorization object(Y_HR) which includes all HR related data,i need to include a security check while executing this particular tcode ,only authorized user should be able to view the archived HR related data but everyone should have access to execute this tcode.

Kindly let me know the way to include security check while executing this TCODE.

Hi,

I am not able to understand your entire scenario.

But in your authorisation object you can have the ACTVT field and you can give the different activities as Change, Display etc.

Then this authorisation object can be added to the roles in the profile of the user.

Do talk to your BASIS counterpart.....He/She should be able to help you out using BASIS Security.

I think u can add ur authorization object in the Programme ->attributes>Authorization Group-->

Here u can give the Nmae of the group.
