SAP Security Salary Range

HR is reviewing one of my staff's job/position. We are proposing a new SAP security position/title and would like information on salary ranges.

There is currently a discussion thread going on in the Coffee Corner about a Jobs Forum... it would belong there, but the forum does not exit (yet).

I think you should at least tell us which country you are in or this position will be in, possibly also the city and the industry sector even as these can have an influence. Add the range to that and you might even get some offers

There have been surveys such as these which you can google for sure, and some research published by http://executiveboard.com which I know about to benchmark the ranges for different jobs and regions by years of experience. Your finance management should have access to that (or be able to request it).

Google did the trick. My only concern now is if HR go with the numbers I found on the net, my staff will make more money than me. :-0

Then you need to send HR some links to some jobs similar to yours.........of course you wouldn't dream of cherrypicking those links now..............
